Trade & Policy Committee 

The Trade and Policy Committee provides a forum for identifying, discussing, and promoting policy issues of importance to our members and to the US and U.K. more broadly. We work closely with the British Embassy in Washington, U.S. government partners, our member companies and other associations to deliver high quality programs that address timely and important issues around the bilateral relationship. As the UK seeks to redefine its external commercial arrangements after leaving the E.U., BABA and the Trade and Policy Committee will strive to play a critical role in discussions around the future of the UK-US economic partnership, trade with Europe, and policy issues critical to businesses on both sides of the Atlantic.

• U.S. and U.K. Elections: The Future of this Bi-lateral Partnership, a roundtable discussion featuring Marjorie A. Chorlins (Senior Vice President, Europe, U.S. Chamber of Commerce), Philip T. Reeker (ret. Ambassador, Chair of the Wilson Center’s Global Europe Program and Partner and Lead of the Europe & Eurasia practice at Albright Stonebridge Group), Brendan T. Reilly (Managing Director and Head of Regulatory Affairs and Public Policy, Barclays in the Americas).
