British Embassy Open House Day 2024 Partnership Options

To BABA Members:

Open House Day is the premier public-facing event of the year for Embassies across Washington, DC. With our Embassy and Residence under renovations for the last few years, we have unfortunately not been able to participate in the event. We are now preparing for our first Open House since 2019 on Saturday, 4 May, 2024, and we expect it to be more popular than ever. Based on previous numbers, we expect over 10,000 members of the public to pass through our gates and to generate great local media coverage.  This is a fantastic opportunity for British businesses wishing to market their business or brand to a large audience in Washington. We’d love to receive your support, and those wishing to provide Open House Day partnership with the British Embassy can participate in a number of ways. We are seeking two kinds of support: monetary contributions to help offset costs or in-kind donations of materials/giveaways. Below are the proposed partnership tiers that are designed to fit your business’ needs.

In-kind:
In-kind donations are negotiable depending on type, size and/or quantity.

Bronze Partner ($1000)
Presence at Open House Day i.e. handing out brochures in partnership tent.

Silver Partner ($1,500)
Shared table space in partnership tent

Gold Partner ($2,500)
Table space at Open House (all of the above) and advertisement in Embassy marketing materials (online and printed)

VVIP Partner ($15,000)
Sole brand on Embassy promotional item, table space, more recognition on signage, and promotional work more tailored to partner’s needs. We would be happy to work with any interested party on the broader VVIP package.
