During brunch, the Easter Bunny will visit with children of all ages and, an electric violinist will provide musical entertainment.
Easter egg hunts will take place in the courtyard at 12:30pm and at 3pm for children, after they have finished enjoying Easter Brunch in the Colonnade.
Executive Chef Jaime Montes de Oca, Executive Sous Chef Jason Rowley, Senior Sous Chef Delonte Avery and Executive Pastry Chef Claus Olsen are preparing a variety of regional favorites and innovative gourmet specialties, all artfully styled in seemingly infinite buffets.
Among the Chefs’ Easter Brunch offerings is a seafood display featuring Chesapeake oysters, jumbo poached prawns, snow crab and PEI mussels.
Easter entrée selections include a carving station of honey-glazed Nueske’s ham and Cacao-rubbed prime rib. Signature dishes are pan-seared salmon, free-range herb roasted chicken and Cacio e Pepe.
Brunch classics including house-made pastries, an egg and omelet station, Eggs Benedict and French toast are just a sampling of the many offerings on the Easter buffet.
The children’s buffet includes crispy chicken fingers, miniature beef sliders, potato pancakes, vegetable crudités, buttered broccoli and the ever-popular mac ‘n cheese.
Save room for Executive Pastry Chef Claus Olsen’s decadent Easter dessert display - guaranteed to please any sweet tooth. Gianduja Pot de Crème, rainbow macarons, chocolate flower pots and white chocolate bunny cupcakes are just a sampling of his decadent dessert delights.
