is PARIS 2024 Olympic Headquarters in the Lobby and Loggia July 26 – August 11.    Guests will enjoy watching on the Olympians on large screen televisions, while sipping on specialty cocktails and dining on Executive Chef Jaimie Montes de Oca’s French fare. 

 French Fare:

Croque Monsieur - $21
jambon de bayonne, gruyere cheese, béchamel, croissant

Pissaladière - $19
caramelized onion and anchovy tart, artisan greens, sherry vinaigrette

Paris Brest - $16
pate choux, hazelnut caramel, crunchy praline cream, toasted piedmont hazelnut

Cocktails:

La fraise Sidecar - $18

French Martini - $18

Reservations are not necessary for Fairmont’s Olympic Headquarters.  In addition to Chef Montes de Oca’s Paris 2024 menu, cocktails, wine and the Loggia’s daily menu will also be available.

The Lobby and Loggia hours of service are 2pm until 10 pm Sunday through Thursday and 1pm until 11pm on Friday and Saturday.
